We are repeat customers of ODC and having just completed a small renovation with dust and debris, and having two dogs that seem to endlessly shed fur, I felt it was time to have the ducts cleaned again. The guys arrived right at the earliest time of the window they gave me and the job was completed in a timely manner. They came prepared, got right to work, and were very friendly throughout the process. I was given a good report of how things went and what they saw at the end of the job, which was nice as this was the first time we had our ducts cleaned since we bought the house. I would highly recommend this very helpful team to my friends and family for their duct cleaning needs. There was one area in the basement under a duct that needed some manipulation during the job that got dusty and needed to be cleaned up. This is the only thing I can suggest for improvement, so if this would have been caught and cleaned before the team left, I\’d say this was a perfect job, otherwise it was very well done!

As a first-time experience with duct cleaning, I must say I was very impressed by the service I received today from ODC. Mark arrived on time and was very professional and thoroughly explained the procedure to me. Once I showed him the furnace area, he efficiently performed the work and left our home in the same condition he found it in. Of course, I should say that he left it in better shape, since our ducts, vents and cold air returns are now very clean and free of much accumulated dust and debris. I actually feel the difference in air-flow and air quality. Mark was here for approx. 3.5 hrs and worked non-stop in cleaning our 31 vents. Upon completion, he mentioned that the filter in our air-cleaner was in need of replacement, which I told him was being done soon, upon the installation of our new furnace and A/C. I have heard from others that some companies are in and out within an hour, which does not seem adequate in my mind, after my experience with ODC today. I have no hesitation in recommending ODC to my family and friends, as I feel they are top-notch. Michele

I am switching from an oil furnace (high temperature, low air flow) to a gas furnace (low temperature, higher air flow), and it was recommended we get our ducts cleaned before the switch. We live in a 48 year old house in the country. We get calls from duct cleaning companies all the time, but I stay away from companies that have to telemarket, because that tells me that they don\’t have a good enough referral business. We had just finished extensive renovations to our new home and after calling around, decided to go with ODC, mainly because they were flexible and able to work with our timing and were quite professional and friendly on the phone. They arrived on Sunday, December 18th and the techs were very knowledgable, efficient and did a great job. However, the ladder that they used to reach one of our ducts, left oil/grease marks on our brand new carpets! We called the next day and received nothing but apologizes and an offer to make it right. Despite this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend ODC, as they were easy to work with and provided exceptional customer service in a very timely manner. Great job ODC!

Niagara Falls I had my ducts cleaned today on a Saturday, the crew had the day off so I had Larry the owner! Talk about good service on a Saturday. Larry was a great guy very personable and good at what he does. We had a blown fuse on the furnace and Larry waited long enough for me to run out and get a replacement fuse before he left the job to ensure The furnace was up and running again, he also gave me a lesson in how to install my electronic air filter and to test that it was working. I also miss counted my ducts and returns so my cost was less than I was quoted! I will recommend Ontario Duct cleaning to everyone I know!

We just had the Duct Cleaning done in our new home. We had a few appointments but all were cancelled with the 3 different companies we had booked with, I called Ontario Duct Cleaning on Wednesday expecting to be told I could not get an appointment for several weeks but to my surprise was told they could come out on Saturday August 6. That alone was amazing!! I was given a quote and confirmed a time slot with Kate. Frank was our technician and was super friendly and was 10 minutes early from the 1-2pm time slot we were given. On Wednesday May 25th your company came to clean the ducts in our condo. We found Mark and his assistant to be very professional, conscientious, friendly and hard workers. We were very impressed when they put down cardboard on the hard wood floors for protection and covered the seams with protective covers to eliminate dust escaping. We would be more than happy to recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning to anyone and have them request that these two employees be the ones to come. After being harassed by numerous telemarketers this past year, we received a flyer in the mail from ODC. Along with the advertising aspect of the flyer, there was a small notation which said: WE DO NOT DO TELEPHONE SOLICITING. Well that was all that I needed – I called ODC the following day to make arrangements for them to clean our ducts. Some service people are difficult to deal with for one reason or another but Mark at ODC is the kind of serviceman that customers treasure. We took over a house almost a year ago and kept putting off duct cleaning as an unnecessary expense… How wrong can you be ! Put off by nuisance calls from other companies we decided to go with Ontario duct cleaning, if your that good then customers come to you. That was our logic and we made a great decision. We first became acquainted with Ontario Duct Cleaning last spring when we had the Scarborough office clean our ducts. We were so impressed by the job done by Aiden that when we moved to Markham and needed our ducts cleaned in the new house, we naturally contacted Ontario Duct Cleaning. We had not had our ducts cleaned for over 20 years I believe, and it had been on our minds for some time. I had an unexpected day off work on Friday, so emailed them on the Wednesday evening, and on Thursday they advised that they could to it on Friday… so I was pleased with quick response and availability. They came on schedule, did a thorough job, very considerate operator, polite, and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Well done ODC. Yesterday (January 20, 2015) we had the ducts cleaned in our house in Leaside (East York) by Chris from Ontario Duct Cleaning. He did a terrific job. He arrived on time, and was neat, organised, and efficient. He did everything thoroughly, and explained the process as he went along. Even scheduling the appointment the week before was a pleasure. Your service technician was prompt efficient and very skilled. He was neat and tidy in the house as he cleaned our ducts which were terribly dirty ,hand\’t been done for 10 yrs. I can actually say the air feels fresher now! When I asked if we could be put on a recall system he said he already had us on one by placing a reminder on the furnace in a very obvious place and he replaced our filter on this furnace without even being asked!
