I would like to say thank you for your service today. The gentleman that came was very pleasant and as far as I can see has done a fabulous job.
He answered our questions about what the procedure is for duct cleaning and didn’t rush through our conversation.
I believe when someone takes the time to talk to a customer and complete a job it goes over and above customer service and satisfaction.
